I know that this is a little hard to think of it this way …. but really just get to the place in your mind and Heart that he is doing you a favor by showing you his true feelings through his non-action or distant behavior …. definitely look at various videos and Channels that are all about the differences between women and men and dating like this one …. and there “may” be some things to consider and ways to handle different situations that can get a relationship back on the track that both want it to be on …. but like it is mentioned on this Channel if the inconsistent treatment is non-stop and won’t change do Not shrink into yourself and “try harder” and invest More in the “hopes” that things will turn around …. and simply pull away with kindness and Love in your Heart and accept that he is not your person …. and you are not his …. and that No One has the power to be the one to “make” you feel Whole and Complete …. I know that it is thrown around a lot but the concept of “You have to be a complete and whole person First before you can truly connect in a healthy and stable relationship …. etc” …. is so very true …. yes True Love is Amazing and there is nothing like it but when someone is displaying for you that they are Not your True Love …. believe them …. and release them and wish them well and do not hold on to Heartache …. your first relationship is with “Yourself” and your “Higher Power” ( so the Divine 🌟 …. whatever that means to you ) …. so feel all of the feelings for sure when there is a breakup …. but do not dwell there …. and if anything say a silent “Thank You” for being shown that that was a false partner which has made room for you to grow and heal and to learn how to Love Yourself more and attract Mr. Right 🏋️🧘‍♂️💫🕊

I didn't know what a narc was. 2 exes of mine were narcs. Very, very abusive. Cold. Satanic. The bible actually addresses this phenomenon. Like Denise, I took a relationship sabbatical. Embraced & healed my inner girl ( my parents were narcs). I published a few books & grew close to the Lord. A friendship with my Savior Jesus Christ. Don't mean to preach but for me, this was life changing.
